Terms
Intake is a request, not a commitment.
Last updated September 1, 2026. These working terms describe the service boundary and require operator and legal review before they are treated as final service terms.
Requests and proposals
Submitting information creates a service request only. It does not create a pickup appointment, purchase contract, recycling guarantee, data-handling certification, or payment obligation. A proposal becomes available only after explicit human release.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to discuss and transfer the equipment, that the description is materially accurate, and that you will disclose known hazards, batteries, heavy equipment, and data-bearing devices.
Inspection and changes
Condition, quantity, model, travel, access, and disposal requirements may change the available service or price after inspection. Any change requires clear communication and acceptance before work proceeds.
Data and equipment
You are responsible for required backups, internal approvals, legal holds, and access credentials. Data handling is governed by the specific written scope and evidence, not by marketing language or the intake checkbox alone.
Availability
The operator may ask for more information, limit the service area, decline unsafe or unsuitable work, or close an inactive request. The service is provided only where the operator has confirmed capacity.
