Information used to handle your request.

Last updated October 2, 2026. This page describes the current behavior of the service. It is a working copy and is not a substitute for final operator and legal review.

What we collect

We collect the organization and contact details, pickup ZIP, equipment description, timeline, and data-handling indicator that you submit. If you create an account, we also store account and session records. Operational records include messages, proposals, status events, rate-limit buckets, and delivery outcomes.

A phone number is optional and used for pickup follow-up. It is excluded from operator alert summaries and equipment-parser inputs.

On public information pages, this browser tab may temporarily keep a fixed source label (such as Google or ChatGPT), an approved non-personal campaign label, and the public landing-page path. The labels can be used for up to 30 minutes and are saved privately only with a successfully submitted inquiry so we can understand how people find the service. Successful submission clears the tab record; an expired record is ignored and may remain until it is replaced or the tab closes. These labels are directional information, not proof of a sale or a particular search ranking.

We do not retain full referring URLs, search queries, advertising click identifiers, arbitrary campaign values, or private request/token URLs for this measurement. Contact details, equipment descriptions, ZIPs, serial numbers, and messages are not sent to an advertising or analytics service. Disabling browser storage does not prevent submitting a request.

How it is used

Information is used to qualify and fulfill the requested service, secure access, communicate status, prevent abuse, and preserve an operational history. Customer text may be organized into a draft inventory by a configured parser, including an external AI provider if enabled. Only the equipment description is supplied to that parser; contact fields are excluded. An operator reviews the inventory and any customer-facing proposal.

Storage and sharing

Application state is stored in an embedded database on the service's persistent storage. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics service is used. Information may be shared with a service provider only when needed to operate the service and configured by the operator.

When a pickup request is saved, its reference and contact email are included in a private notification to the operator so they can follow up. Equipment descriptions and secure access links are excluded from these notifications.

Retention and your choices

Request records are retained for operational, security, and dispute-handling needs. You may request an export or deletion review through the operator. Some immutable event and transaction records may need to be retained or de-identified.

Security boundaries

Secure links, request-scoped browser grants, verified accounts, and server-side authorization limit access. Avoid placing secrets or unrelated personal information in an equipment description.
