Start with the equipment and its pickup ZIP. A few lines, a rough count, or text pasted from your inventory is enough. There is no need to look up every model or serial number.
Then add your organization, name, and email. No account needed.
Keep your request page handy
You’ll see a confirmation and request number when your request is saved. Keep that page handy to read questions, follow the next steps, or add something you forgot.

Talk through your pickup options
A person checks the equipment, location, and handling needs. We may have a few questions, a pickup proposal, or an offer to buy equipment. Some lots need a removal fee, and we may be unable to take others. We’ll explain the next step.
Any fee or purchase amount is stated in the proposal.

Read the proposal and ask us about anything unclear. If you accept it, we’ll agree on the pickup details and come to your location. Your pickup is confirmed only when a scheduled time appears on your request page.
